Sensei Shaun Seifer
The following are excerpts from a December 2002 interview and subsequent Article on Sensei Seifer by Christopher Chanada, TaeKwonDo practitioner, International author and Spiritual Guru. "There are two things in my life that mean more than anything else, my family, and the Martial Arts." Shaun began training in the arts at a very early age, and has never strayed from that path since. Through the years he has developed a kind of obsession with martial arts knowledge and history. Recently, that has turned to more internal arts and Homeopathic and Naturopathic medicine. He is also a former, fully certified NATIONALLY REGISTERED EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN and Certified Medical Assistant. People who Shaun has trained with, and whom he idolizes are: Bill Wallace
As far as awards go, Shaun has been presented with: * Martial Artist of the year (WWMAA), 1997 Shaun has trained hundreds of students, many of them now Black Belts with schools of their own, and taught seminars all over the World, and was one of the, if not the, youngest 5th Degree Black Belt in the country at age 19. He is the head of the International Competition Team, Team Imperial Dragon, with such members as movie star, Matthew Helms. Shaun holds numerous Kata and Sparring Championships over the last 2 decades, and is currently recognized by the Kempo Jutsu-Kai International, International Kenpo Karate Association, International Federation of Ju-Jutsuans, Federation of United Martial Artists, and the Worldwide Martial Arts Association. Shaun resides in New England, where he is currently developing Imperial Dragon Tenchi Bujutsu for release to the General public in the next few years.
